I can't wait for the sounds of the birds singing!! I can't wait to see all the green buds on the tress, the beautiful grass and flowers growing and warmer weather!! Yes, I am Over winter!! Yikes, it's only the middle of February and I've got spring fever!

Valentine Treats

I just wanted to post a quick video of some of the treats that I've been creating...

Gnomeo and Juliet

I had to do it!!

Yup, I had to make a Gnomeo and Juliet! This looks like it's going to be the cutest movie!! I used my brand new Peachy Keen Wide Eyed Kids Face Assortment! They look perfect on these little gnomes. I created the gnomes using Paper Doll Dress Up, Everyday Paperdolls and George and Basic Shapes. I used my Gypsy to layer and weld the shapes together!! Hope you like!!

Peachy Keen Stamps Let's Face It Friday Challenge #9

Good Morning Everyone!!!

It's time for another PKS Faces Challenge!! And OH are you going to love this challenge! It's perfect for the upcoming holiday... St. Valentines Day!! Not only that you are going to flip over the give-away...so start creating...hee hee!!

Well, when I began this challenge I knew that I wanted to make one Valentine mailbox for my nephew and one for my niece. I knew that I had to create one about Harry Potter for my nephew. He has become a Harry fanatic...certainly not influenced by me at all... :D I also knew that I wanted to make my niece a ballerina mailbox all pink and frilly! Here's what I came up with....

Now, Here's the challenge:

Create an altered container using Peachy Keen Stamps faces to store Valentines or cards you receive throughout the year. Our Design Team used mini-mailboxes from the One Spot at Target (these are the cutest things, thanks Kathy!), but feel free to spruce up any container you might have around the house!

PKS Let's Face It Friday Challenge #8

Hi Everyone....

Yesterday's blog hop was so much fun and it's going on through the weekend so keep hopping along on those blogs if you didn't get to them all!! Lots of Amazing give-aways!!

We are continuing the fun at PKS with today's challenge for PKS Let's Face It Friday challenge #8!!
Today's challenge is perfect for this time of the year and getting ready for St. Valentine's Day!! Oh yes, it's a valentine!! But no ordinary valentine, this valentine has to have XO on it somewhere!! XO is one of my favorite ways to sign off on a letter, card or email, so I was very excited about this challenge!!

It's time for the Peachy Keen Blog Hop!!!

Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am so very excited about this Valentines Day/St. Patrick's Day Peachy Keen Stamps Blog Hop and I hope you are excited to be here too!! Kathy has created some simply AmAzInG stamps for this release! You are in for a real treat! I can't say enough about these face stamps!!

The set I'm featuring is called PK-642 Boy Mates and it is a companion set to PK-640 Princess Faces! This set is perfect for so many Cricut cartridges, for example; B is for Boy, Simply Charmed, both Paper Doll carts, Twinkle Toes and Playmates (if you're lucky enough to have that one!) and more. I've used a variety of cartridges to make my creations for this blog hop.

I made a card for my dad to give to my mom! I hope she likes it!


I used a Creative Imaginations wooden door hanger to make this for my door for Valentine's Day!! I cut the flowers from Sugar and Spice. The "I Love You" is from Paper Pups. I think these little PKS faces look perfect on these flowers, so whimsical and sweet! I also had to add a photo of the darling little ribbon I found to tie onto the door hanger. I thought it went along with the flowers as if it was custom made. :)



I just purchased Meow cartridge and when I saw these PK-757 Wide Eyed and Bushy Tailed Faces, I had to use them! I cannot stop using these stamps!!

Peachy Keen Stamps Sneak Peek

It's Sneak Peek Time!!

Hi Friends,
Tonight is the first night of our PKS Valentine/St. Patrick's Day Stamp Release Sneak Peek! And I'm so excited!! I can't wait to see what all the DT gals have come up with. We'll have two nights of PEEKS and then the Release on Thursday with a BIG Blog HOP!!!

Peachy Keen Stamps Let's Face It Friday Challenge #7

Good Morning Everyone!!

It's our first Let's Face It Friday Challenge of the New Year!! You are going to love this one because the give-away is one you don't want to miss!!

For this challenge you need to create a Thank You card using a Peachy Keen Stamp somewhere on the card! For my Thank You card I used my brand new Twinkle Toes cartridge that I got for Christmas. And I'm sending my card to the person(s) who gave me this Super Cute cartridge...my brother and SIL!

The stamp sets I used were PKS Laughy Taffy on the ballet shoes, Happy Lashes on the snowman and Simple Simon/Simple Sallies on the little children! :)

Twilight Card info.

Hi Ladies,
I just wanted to give a few details on how I made the "Twilight" inspired card that I posted today.

The apple is from A Child's Year.
The ribbon is from Joys of the Season. It's the 5 Golden Rings, minus the rings.
The tulip was cut from 50 States. It's Vermont's flower from page 57. I cut it three times. Once in green, once in red and once in white. Then I cut each flower apart and layered them up to look like the tulip on the book.
The chess piece was created in Design Studio. I used Happily Ever After for the crown part of the piece. Then I used George and Basic Shapes to create the rest of the chess piece and welded it all together.

I did save the file in Design Studio. If any one would like me to email it to them, just send me a quick email and I'd be happy too!!
