2 quick cards

Here are two cards that I made using my A Child's Year and Design Studio. Both cards, together, took about 1/2 hour to make, start to finish. I used the rectangle from George and Basic Shapes to create a connecting piece between the two welded shapes. I did this for both cards, as you can see below.

Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge #22

It's Leprechaun time!! Cricut's Paper Doll Dress Up has the cutest leprechaun with a shamrock cut! I had to use it for this card for the Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge #22. I found this little scrap of leprechaun pp by Provo Craft. I've had it for years and it sparked my interest to make this card. Then I knew the little "winking" face from PK Everyday Face Stamps would be perfect!!

Cricut Cartridge Review Series #1 A Child's Year

I'm really excited today because here is my first video for my Cricut Cartridge Review Series. My plan is to review all of my Cricut cartridges and any new ones I may get along the way. The twist is that my reviews will cover all the the function buttons on each cartridge. I love watching cartridge review videos but I have yet to see one that actually shows you cuts of each function button. So, I thought that would make a great series!!
Hope you like the video and if you have any questions, comments or requests leave me a message or send me an email!!

thanks so much,

Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge #21

I loved this challenge!! Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge #21 was to create a project in any format! So, I choose a scrapbook page...of course. My vintage item was the photo of my mom, a torn page from an old book that I bought at a book barn and some old buttons I found in a bag of buttons at an old estate sale. My stamped item are the stamped snowflakes that I also glittered with stickles. They are Peachy Keen Large Snowflakes and faces. I love these stamps they are super versatile and Ive used them in so many different ways!! This time I stamped the bottom layer in pink and purple and the top layer in silver. Oh also, the corrugated piece of cardboard to the right of my photo is the inside of a light bulb container. I almost threw it away then I thought, oh, this would look cool with stickles on it for a page...
Hope you like!!
