Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge #14

I made this card for my sis. She asked me for a card that showed my nephew and niece dressed in their Halloween costumes. Colin was a skeleton and Catherine was Sleeping Beauty. I am posting it for the Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge #14 even though I forgot to include a piece of ribbon...whoops :)

This is what I want to do for an engagement party for my daughter. They are the Princess and the Pirate.
do you think I could still do it with a Cricut Personal machine?
