30 Days of Cards Challenge-Day 29

Good Morning Everyone!
For today's card I used the Santa from Doodlecharms. I also used the scalloped circle from Mini Monograms and welded two of them together with my Gypsy.
I used two different stamp sets for the face. I used Peachy Keen Stamps PK-484 Snowmany Face Assortment for the eyes. And for the mouth I used PK-450 Wide Eyed Kids Face Assortment. Don't forget to stop by tomorrow for my last day of my 30 Days of Holiday Cards Challenge.

30 Days of Cards Challenge-Day 7

Good Morning Everyone!
Here's card #7. I made this card using the Christmas tree on Doodlecharms. I stamped the faces with the super cute Peachy Keen Stamps PK-292 Faceless Corn. This stamps set has 7 sayings, 9 adorable faces in two different sizes and two actual corn on the cobs, one large and two smaller ones on a stalk. I love the faces with this set! I think the faces look great on these Christmas trees, I hope you do to!

Bunny Place Cards

I made these little place cards for our Easter table. They were super simple and all 10 of them took less than 2 hours start to finish!
I used the gift bag on page 65 of Once Upon a Princess and the bunny face from Doodlecharms. I welded them together in Design Studio to create the bunny bag. (if anyone would like the DS file, please email me, I'd be happy to send it to you)
I cut the bags in a variety of spring colors then I cut a separate bunny faces in white and chalked them. I cut the name plate tag using Once Upon a Princess, the tag on page 49.
I assembled the bags using a hot glue gun. I worked great, quick with a tight bond.
I filled the little place card bags with jelly beans and bunny/duck/chick sweet tarts to weight them down. Then I added the grass.
thanks for looking! :)

Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge #24

Here's my card for the Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge #24. This challenge was a sketch challenge and also you need to use a PK stamp somewhere on the card.

I cut this little Easter basket and eggs with my Cricut using Doodlecharms. I stamped the eggs with my Peachy Keen Stamps Basic Paper Doll Face Assortment using the 3/8 inch stamp. I cut the eggs at 1 inch set on real size. I decorated the Easter Eggs using Sakura Glaze 3D Glossy Ink pens. Love these!! I painted the Easter basket using Sakura Koi Watercolors and Waterbrush. These paints are really lovely!

The patterned paper was from Flair Designs Easter Surprise Collection.

Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge #20

Here is the first Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge of 2010. WoW, I can't believe I'm typing 2010!!
Ok, on to challenge #20.
The challenge was to create a purse or bag. I found the pattern for mine at Mel Stampz. She has a ton of awesome patterns!
I adhered my patterned paper to a piece of white cardstock. Then I cut the pattern out. This piece of patterned paper "Let it Snow" made by Over the Moon Press (E. K. Success) and has a title border running across the bottom. This border made a wonderful handle for my purse.
I stamped a border of snowflakes using Peachy Keen Large Snowflakes and Snow faces. Then I cut the border out with my craft knife, glittered it and adhered it to the front and sides of my purse. Next I stitched all around the edges of the purse with my Sulky Blendable thread!! I used straight stitch and zig zag. Next, I put my purse together using adhesives and attached the handle with adhesives and brads.
I cut the snowman from my Cricut Doodlecharms cartridge using my Design Studio to leave the face blank so I could stamp it. I stamped the face with the snowman from my Peachy Keen Stamps Christmas Character Face Assortment. I stamped the skarf for my snowman using Peachy Keen Stamps Snowman Doll Set and colored it in with my brand new Dove Blender Pen. I've never used one before but I've been wanting to try. I have to say, I love the blender pen! So easy to use!
I attached the little snowman and another snowflake that I stamped and cut out to the front of the purse and added lots of glitter!!
Hope you like it!!
