Good Morning Everyone,

Time for another card....

This card is using the sweetest little reindeer and elf from the Peachy Keen Stamps Club for November! I love this little reindeer, he's so adorable and he has nine different faces you can pick from. And the face on the elf is one of eleven different faces you can choose from in the kit! I also stamped the pine bough background for this card using another one of the stamps from the Peachy Keen Stamps Club for November set.

Don't forget...We'll be partying, and sharing all the new PKS stamps being released on Monday, November 5th at 6:00 p.m. (CST), and it will all be happening on The Peachy Keen Connection!

Also, tonight is the beginning of Daylight Savings...so don't forget to FALL Back!!

It's time the Christmas Card of the Day.  For today's card I used very non-traditional colors on this little elf girl from Peachy Keen Stamps! Oh, how cute she is in her pink and green outfit! This little stamp comes from the Peachy Keen Stamps Club for November and is another Sneak Peek.

30 Days of Christmas Cards - Day 1

Good Morning All, 

November is one of my favorite months of the year...ok...it's my Favorite! I love how it's filled with all the excitement of the holidays. I look forward to the yummy smells of cookies, pies and the turkey coming from the kitchen, the beautiful festive colors...red, green, gold and silver and the sounds of the season especially my Muppets Christmas CD.

This year (just like last), I'm having a 30 Days of Christmas Cards on my blog so that every day of November you can stop by here and see a brand new card. I'm hoping that some of you might want to play along and create some of your own holiday cards too. I'm posting an Event on Facebook that will run for the 30 days. You can post your cards there too so we all can see the beautiful creations that you have made.

Happily, my 30 Days of Christmas Cards just happens to coincide with the Peachy Keen Stamps Club for November! So, you will all be seeing some of the new release throughout the 30 days! And of course you will be able to purchase your own set of the November Stamp of the Month on Monday, November 5th to use to create your own Christmas cards, scrapbook pages or crafty item!!

ok, now on to today's card...

For this first card I used the Peachy Keen Stamps November Stamp of the Month Kit!! This little elf is the most darling little guy and he comes with eleven different faces and can be used with any of the PKS faces that you already have.

I love this sentiment for this time of year but honestly, it's so versatile that it can be used all year round for any Thankful card!

Peachy Keen Stamps October Release!

Hello Peachy Fans,
It's been such a fun week of PKS Sneaks and now it's almost time for the big reveal!

I have a scrapbook page and a card to share with you today.
For my scrapbook page I used the new October Stamp of the Month which is beyond adorable and chock full of amazing characters and sentiments!! I used the little turkey with the fork and the tiny turkey with the chef hat! Both are the most adorable"Kathy-fied" characters ever! I also used the acorn and the pumpkin pie from the same set! The sweet poem/prayer came from the companion set which will also be available tonight after the release!

 This little pilgrim card was created using the brand new PKS face collection and the super sweet and funny faces background stamp both will be available tonight! Isn't that faces background stamp perfect??!

a Card for today

I just wanted to post this card that I made for my Uncle today. I used the SY-910 Hillbilly Holler Dog stamp from Peachy Keen Stamps. This set is soooo cute, with the sad, little hound dog and three sentiments it can be used for "get well" and "just thinking of you" cards!
I used water color paints to color it in.

PKS Challenge 36 : 3D Candle

Hi Peachy Friends, 

Here's the challenge for this Friday.
I had a few ideas for this challenge but then when I decided to use this large vanilla candle I knew right away what I wanted to do. I took the PK-132 Twick or Tweet Birdhouse stamp and stamped it in the middle of my paper. Then I stamped the spider web from PK-130 Spider and Web once on the left and once on the right side of the birdhouse. You can't see it from the photos but I then stamped a bird house on the other side of each spider web too. I wanted the houses and webs to wrap around the candle. I was a little short. If  were to do it again, I would stamp one more spider web.

 I used my water color paint on the little bird houses and webs! I used two straight pins to attach them to the candle.

 I then stamped the sweet little ghosts from PK-131 Happy Haunting Ghosts. I then used my hot glue gun to attach a straight pin to the back of each ghost. I stuck them into the candle.

**If you light your candle please be careful that any of your stamped paper images are far enough away from the flame that it does not catch on fire!!

Peachy Princess Farewell Blog Hop

Peachy Keen Challenge 32 - Sketch

Hi Peachy Friends,

It's time for another Peachy Keen challenge. This one was so inspiring for me...I was on quite the roll and I created three cards using this one sketch. I hope you like them...

For my first card I used PKSC-08 August 2012  for the teacher and PKSC-02 February 2012 for the Good Luck Sentiment. The 3rd Grade was also from PKSC-08 August 2012 Kit.

For this next card I used PK-125 Recess Jump Rope Girl for the little girl. I also used PK-128 School Bus and Lunch for the lunchbox and thermos. For the sentiment I used PK-126 Smartie the Owl and PKSC-02 February 2012.

 

For this last card I used The owl from PK-126 Smartie the Owl and the Happy Birthday sentiment from PK-123 Darren and Laura Lee.
